DO YOUR HOMEWORK before selling – make sure you find a reputable company who will pay you it’s worth. Know it’s weight and get some estimates from the local guys. Then you’ll probably find that the online buyers will pay much more. Before sending your items in though – be sure you research the company and make sure they’re legitimate. Do they have a clean BBB record? Do they allow you to get your stuff back if you decline the offer (easily!). And read their terms and conditions for any “sneaky” stuff.
