How To Choose The Best Boot Style For Yourself
Posted by Anita Griffin as Product Reviews
So after a lot of looking around you’ve decided on the square toed cowboy, or harness boots, as being your style. Perhaps you’re biker, or possibly a cowboy, or it’s just a style you really like. It really doesn’t matter as long as you get the boot style quality you like in the price range you want. Some people have the mindset that cheaper is better. There are boots available starting at $59.95. Other people insist that higher prices mean higher quality. Your choice there would be the Frye Guys. Running an average price of about $200 a pair, Frye Boots are a definite symbol of quality.
Most manufacturers will always want to tell you their boot is the best you will find. What’s more important is what are their other customers saying? You might try looking in a forum or blog that has recommendations and comments from anyone who has recently purchased that particular brand of boots, and get a more personal point of view. It’s not to say a cheaper boot is best, any more than the most expensive boot is better than anything else. All you need for information is what boot will fit your budget as well it being what you want.
So, what about selection? Do you prefer tall boots or short ones? How do you feel about having bling: like silver toes, brand emblems, eagle emblems; or do you prefer just plain leather boots? Do you have any sort of color preferences? When you consider the lower costing boots like Jack Daniels or Guide Gear boots your color choices are black or brown only. Most of the time they offer just one color. I would probably have to say the Xelement brand will offer you the widest selection in mid range boots, and Frye has the greatest selection to offer of the high priced brands.
Womens’ harness boots are currently all the rage right now. Harley Hustin Boots offer a great-looking, high quality harness boot for ladies. These boots have a rugged style, with a metal circle hoop in a strap encircling the ankle, and complete the look with silver studs.
Much like to many of the other ladies harness boots, these are built to last and will hold up for many seasons to come.
